At Blinks Trading, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us at blinkstrading@outlook.com with details and photos of the product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
